  • Do We Accept Refunds Or Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we don't all sales are final. After an order is shipped out, it is out of my control and if you experience damage or an lost package it is because of mishandling of mail carrier. 

 

  • How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
You will receive a tracking number through your email or phone number. If you do not see the message than check your unknown or spam. If you do not receive a tracking number properly contact us and we will handle it from there. 

 

  • How Do I Know That My Order Has Went Through?

You will receive a confirmation email or text including your purchase details and your order number. Be sure to screenshot the email or text just in case something happens. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text and you claim to have purchased with me, I will need to see proof of transactions and statements then we can go further with your order.
